Job Description

Join our Team

Ericsson is seeking an experienced project manager to join our BCSS PDU PDG Exposure unit. The project manager will be responsible for managing projects to achieve objectives in scope, time, cost, and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement. This role requires oversight of project progress, milestone tracking, and adapting to both classic and agile ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects in alignment with agreements from the project sponsor.
Ensure all project management processes and knowledge areas are addressed, including integration, value, scope, quality, procurement, time, finance, human resources, risk, and communications.
In classic mode: deliver all ordered items on time, within budget, and per scope.
In agile mode: focus on delivering the most critical parts within predefined time and cost, coaching teams, and enabling high-level planning.

Authorities

Authorized to perform all activities necessary for fulfilling responsibilities, as defined by the project sponsor for the project's lifetime.

Required Competencies/Profile

Extensive experience in software development and lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of telecom domain, especially Core Network solutions.
Expertise in cloud-native, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps.- Familiarity with Ericsson directives, R&D principles, PLCM process.
Proficiency in all aspects of project management.
Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.- Strong communication skills in English.
Leadership capabilities across business, thought, people, and organization leadership.
Self-leadership qualities including curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning.
