Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will not only manage projects professionally but also take on additional responsibilities. You will oversee a portfolio of customers and sites, ensuring they receive the maximum benefit from our services through after-sales support and continuous engagement.

What You Will Do:

Fulfil contractual obligations towards customers and sub-contractors.
Establish and maintain overall plans for activities related to the planning of design, implementation, testing, integration, and delivery.
Manage project economy and reporting.
Ensure timely execution and progress of all project activities and allocate project members to these activities.
Conduct after-sales activities towards existing customers in close cooperation with the Digital Energy Customer Success and Growth teams.
Perform all work according to the working methods set out in the KDI Business Management System (BMS).

Preferred candidate profile

Holds a bachelors or masters degree in relevant fields. A degree in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering is added advantage.
12 Years working project deliveries Software Applications for Heavy asset industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG etc.
Preferably have PMP certification.
Is self-driven with a positive attitude and good cooperation skills.
Has relevant work experience with proven results.
Communicates clearly and concisely in with diverse audiences, both orally and in writing, and is comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
Possesses leadership and interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasion.

Brownie Point If you have:

A degree in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering
Experience with Process Simulation application like Hysys, Unisim, OLGA, Pipesim etc.
