A Project Manager should be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects for their languages until finish. They act as the main point of contact between PO and translatorsto ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution. Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management. Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives. Facilitate project meetings and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Conduct project post-mortem evaluations and identify lessons learned.
