This role requires a professional with a solid foundation in Research & Development (R&D) and the ability to document and drive end-to-end processes while collaborating across technical and functional teams. Job Responsibilities would be as below: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations. Demonstrate strong Product Knowledge/Experience in CRM, ERP, or equivalent platforms. Develop, maintain, and ensure clear documentation of all processes, technical flows, and project activities. Apply sound technical knowledge to work closely with developers and system architects. Own and drive the entire product development lifecycle, from planning and research to implementation and feedback. Work in R&D-focused environments, contributing to product innovation, feature improvements, and scalability. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, allocate resources, and track project milestones. Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in R&D and product-focused project management. Strong expertise in CRM/ERP products with the ability to navigate through product workflows and lifecycle management. Skilled in writing technical/process documentation with attention to detail. Good understanding of tech architecture and tools, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
