Project Manager Commercial Projects (Hotels & Hospitals)

Role Overview: As a Project Manager for Commercial Projects (Hotels & Hospitals) in Siwan, Bihar, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management of large-scale commercial construction projects in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Your role will involve coordinating and supervising on-site activities, managing project schedules and budgets, liaising with clients and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project management of commercial construction projects in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. - Coordinate and supervise on-site activities and subcontractors, including MEP, HVAC, Interior Finishing, Civil, etc. - Ensure project completion within budget, timeline, and quality standards. - Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. - Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution. - Monitor project risks, manage changes, and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. - Manage procurement planning, material management, and resource allocation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. PMP certification is a plus. - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing commercial projects, with Hotels and Hospitals preferred. - Strong technical knowledge in civil, structural, MEP, HVAC, and interior works. - Proven ability to lead multiple teams and vendors independently. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational and time management capabilities. - Immediate availability to join the team.,
