Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall

  project management

  for design, survey, procurement, and execution activities.
• Prepare and monitor

  project schedules (MS Project / Primavera)

  , budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure timely completion of milestones such as

  alignment approvals, land acquisition, and design vetting

  .
• Coordinate with

  WRD officials, consultants, and IIT Hyderabad

  for design and policy approvals.
• Oversee

  civil execution

  of intake wells, pipelines, pump houses, and detention tanks.
• Manage

  contract administration, work orders, and subcontractor performance

  .
• Review

  BOQs, material reconciliation, and billing

  as per contractual terms.
• Ensure compliance with

  safety, quality, and environmental standards (EHS)

  .
• Conduct

  review meetings

  , track project KPIs, and prepare progress reports for management and client review.
• Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams across

  planning, design, execution, and QA/QC

  functions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 15–22 years of experience in EPC / WRD / irrigation / water infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and team management.
• Strong exposure to pipeline, reservoir, and pumping system works.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Preference for candidates with Govt. / WRD project execution experience in similar roles.
