Project Manager Civil

Job Description  :
•        Execution of multi story commercial and residential project below& above ground Level.•        Lead a team of multi disciplinary engineers to achieve good quality work in time.•        Co-ordination with various consultants like each structural horticulture/Landscape ,MEP, Environment, green building etc.•        Planning, critical examination, indenting and procurement of resources like manpower ,machinery and material.Key Responsibilities:•        Planning and scheduling of the project with well defined  milestones.•        Timely issue of the GFE Drawings to various contractors and vendors.•        Dovetailing of various engineering services in the GFE Drawings•        To prepare and approve specifications, methodology and quality testing of materials and executes work.•        Compliance of statutory orders applicable to project including safety regulations.•        Update the management about the new technologies& practices being in practice.•        Technical check of vendors & contractors bills prior to payment.Skills Required:•        Good Knowledge of civil construction in general ,concrete technology and water proofing in particular.•        Working Knowledge of electrical ,fire, plumbing and air-conditioning engineering.•        Statutory rules and regulations•        BIS Codes.•        Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
