Role: Project Manager - Civil Construction Experience: 14 to 18 years Location: Faridabad (Prithla) Industry: Engineering & Industrial Manufacturing CTC: upto 30 LPA Looking for an experienced Project Manager Civil Construction to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering , exceptional leadership and project management skills , and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. Minimum 14 years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Experience in industrial project (Brown field/ Green Field) expansion is must for this role Expertise in managing both Greenfield and Brownfield projects , including end-to-end planning, execution, and completion. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure timely project completion within the defined scope, budget, and quality standards. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements and address challenges proactively. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless execution. Expertise in civil engineering and factory construction , with a deep understanding of manufacturing facility requirements.
