As a Project Manager-Architecture specializing in BIM with 8-to-15-years of experience in the Architecture department, your role involves conducting all managerial tasks in technical models and deliverables to meet the requirements outlined in the BIM Execution plan. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as the main point of contact for BIM and related issues - Taking charge of the overall project and ensuring its quality - Ensuring the BIM deliverables align with the BIM execution plan - Controlling and updating the BIM Execution Plan when necessary - Establishing processes and protocols for data exchange and user rights to maintain model integrity - Generating and monitoring schedules and milestones as agreed upon by project participants - Communicating with project partners to facilitate RFIs and design changes - Coordinating data extraction required by different construction trades with the design team - Ensuring that the BIM deliverables adhere to the QA process Your managerial skills will involve producing clash and design issues reports, model management, auditing, ensuring quality, delivering BIM deliverables as per the BIM execution plan, and training staff. Qualifications: - You should hold a B.Arch/B.Tech/M.Arch/M.Tech or foreign equivalent in Architectural/Civil Engineering and Management/Technology from a reputed university - Preferably, you should have 8-15 years of experience in BIM implementation, processes, and standards - Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and Navisworks Manage is required - Good knowledge of SketchUp and Revit MEP - Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with effective communication abilities Your required skills include planning resources, assembling and leading project teams, time management, ensuring quality and satisfaction, managing issues and risks, monitoring progress, and maintaining documentation throughout the project for easy retrieval.
