As a Project Leader - Software at SLK, your primary responsibility will be to manage project objectives, customer expectations, and overall project success. You will be tasked with planning and executing projects according to agreed contractual terms and conditions, ensuring that project deliverables are met on time and in the defined quality. Key responsibilities and accountabilities of this role include interacting with customers to understand project objectives, managing customer relationships, planning and tracking project progress, and ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions. You will also be responsible for project initiation, milestone reviews, and ensuring compliance with project-specific standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a degree in Computer Science or Information Science, with at least 4 to 7 years of IT experience in development or testing. Additionally, domain-specific skills in people management, project management, process standards, programming/testing techniques, and proficiency in MS Office are required.
