Project Lead Enterprise Resources Planning

As a qualified candidate with relevant experience in ERPNext development & implementation, you have an exciting opportunity to join CSM Technologies. In this role, you will lead a team of software developers in end-to-end ERPNext implementation, encompassing requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation, including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Configure and customize ERPNext modules in Finance, Sales, HR, Projects, and Operations. - Develop custom applications, reports, dashboards, scripts, and workflows using Python & JavaScript within the Frappe framework. - Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring ERPNext best practices are followed. - Conduct user training, create technical documentation, and support long-term ERP adoption. - Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues during development and post-implementation. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance ERP functionalities continuously. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience: 8 to 12 years - Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA In your role as a candidate for this position, you should have experience in ERPNext development & implementation across various business functions. It is essential to possess strong expertise in the Frappe Framework, Doctype customization, client/server scripting, and reporting tools. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and database management (MariaDB/MySQL) is also required. Additionally, skills in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Jinja templating are necessary. Good business process knowledge in Accounting, HR, Sales, and Project Management will be beneficial. Familiarity with Git version control, deployment automation, and cloud/on-premise environments is desirable. Experience in ERPNext website and portal development will be an added advantage.
