We are currently seeking a Project Lead-Embedded Software, and we are on the lookout for smart, pragmatic, and self-driven IT professionals who are eager to learn and contribute to both organizational and personal growth. **Experience:** 7 - 12 years **Location:** Dehradun **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage embedded software development projects from initiation to completion. - Conduct system study, requirement analysis, and prepare detailed design specifications. - Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and provide accurate effort estimations. - Develop and oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. - Ensure adherence to DG178C guidelines and CMMI quality processes. - Utilize Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodologies and employ CASE tools throughout the development life cycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, testing, and quality assurance. - Offer technical guidance and leadership to the development team. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering discipline. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
