Job Description

Project Lead - Design and Development DMR (Digital Mobile Radio)

Job Role:

5-10 years working experience in management, development realisation of hand held , man portable , vehicular and Base station Radio (Preferably DMR ) for Defense and aerospace segment .

Excellent knowledge of domains such as

Half duplex Radio system and its net working for speech and Data exchange
Sub system validation toward Display , Key board , Battery pack and Battery charger, product engineering and testing and product quality assurance plan
Field trials and performance evaluation and certifications.
Different form factors of Radios( HH, Vehicular and Base station etc..)

Development and Engineering .
Collaborative development working with our technology partners

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.

Educational Background

BE/B Tech, ME/MTech in Electronics & Communications / Electrical and Electronics with domain expertise as mentioned above.
