Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM projects across various stages design, construction, and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure BIM deliverables meet expectations.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project workflows.
• Supervise model creation, clash detection, and data extraction using BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D).
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 19650, local codes).
• Mentor and guide BIM modelers and coordinators, ensuring skill development and quality output.
• Conduct regular project reviews, quality checks, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and digital teams to integrate BIM with other technologies (e.g., GIS, IoT, Digital Twin).
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in BIM software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, etc.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and protocols.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure or large-scale commercial projects.
• Knowledge of scripting (Dynamo, Python) for BIM automation.
• Exposure to cloud-based collaboration platforms.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager).
