Project In-Charge(civil)

Reports To: Project Manager / General Manager

The Project In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing the execution, monitoring, and completion of construction/engineering projects. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The individual will coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and supervise day-to-day project/site activities.
• Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor project costs, resources, and budgets, minimizing wastage and delays.
• Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth progress.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate critical matters when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of drawings, work permits, and quality checks.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in project execution and site management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
