Project Execution Assistant

As a BOQ Specialist at IPIPL, your main role will involve efficiently handling detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimation, and quantity surveying for interior design projects. You will work closely with the Execution Head to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze detailed BOQs for high-end interior projects. - Provide quick and accurate cost estimates for materials and labor. - Collaborate with designers, vendors, and project managers to ensure budget alignment. - Conduct site measurements and quantity surveying as required. - Optimize costs while maintaining quality standards. - Create bar charts for project timelines to enhance execution and scheduling efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in BOQ preparation and estimation. - Background in quantity surveying, cost control, or procurement. - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Ability to work with AutoCAD, Excel, and project scheduling tools. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
