Project Excellence Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Support implementation and improvement of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools across projects.

Monitor and track project performance metrics (timelines, budgets, quality, risks, etc.) to ensure adherence to project plans.

Collaborate with project managers to identify process gaps and develop process improvement initiatives.

Conduct periodic project health checks and audits to ensure compliance with governance standards.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, and training on project management best practices.

Support in risk management and issue resolution by tracking, escalating, and following up on critical project risks/issues.

Analyze project data to derive insights for continuous improvement and lessons learned. Assist in resource planning and utilization tracking for projects.

Support the Project Excellence or PMO team in driving organizational strategic initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
