Project Engineering - SCADA

As an Application Engineer at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in the Network Control projects undertaken in India and internationally. Your Responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and verifying Hitachi Energy's Network Control software & third-party software. - Modifying product technical documents to align with project-specific requirements. - Collecting, mapping, cleansing, and loading data into Hitachi Energy's ES products. - Developing displays and generating reports through Graphical User Interfaces. - Conducting system testing at both the factory and site levels, meticulously documenting results. - Providing technical solutions to issues reported by external and internal customers. - Collaborating with customers and local consultant teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Ensuring compliance with relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (EE)/EEE. - 2-4 years of experience with SCADA, EMS, and DMS products from a reputable vendor. - Basic knowledge of a high-level programming language along with debugging experience. - Proficiency in scripting and the ability to write complex SQL statements for data retrieval. - Knowledge of Power applications. - Proficiency in spoken and written English language.
