Job Description

unikans is looking for Project Engineer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, improve processes, and enhance project efficiency.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to achieve project goals.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical support to resolve problems.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and optimize project performance.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with international clients and managing cultural differences is an added advantage.
