Project Engineer - Telecommunication System

Role Overview: Hitachi Energy is seeking a System Engineer to join the team and contribute to the project execution phase. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing communication networks, integrating telecommunication systems, providing technical support, participating in the tendering stage, and ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design communication networks based on customer specifications and project requirements - Integrate existing telecommunication systems as needed - Provide technical support throughout all project phases - Participate in the tendering stage by reading specifications and offering technical solutions - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in BE/BTech or Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering - 2 to 6 years of experience in SDH, MPLS, DWDM technologies - Proficiency in designing SDH, MPLS, DWDM networks and traffic engineering - Familiarity with PDH Multiplexers, Telephony Exchanges, IP telephony, and Industrial Ethernet solutions - Knowledge of telecommunication technologies such as SDH System, LAN/WAN/VoIP, MPLS, DWDM - Experience in configuring MPLS-TP/DWDM will be an added advantage - Exposure to Power Utility Sector, Offshore Windfarm, and Railway industries - Proficiency in spoken and written English language Please note that Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader in the energy sector, dedicated to advancing a sustainable energy future for all.
