Project Engineer

Job Description

Technical Skills : Knowledge of construction standards, codes, specifications, and QC practices Familiarity with land surveying tools and techniques Strong understanding of construction methods and materials. Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design principle Role & responsibilities Required : MS Office, AutoCAD, Exposure to : MS Project Soft Skills: Strong coordination and teamwork abilities Problem solving mindset to address site challenges Attention to detail and precision in work Teamwork and adaptability Key Roles & Responsibilities Manage and supervise on site civil and structural works to ensure quality compliance Interpret and implement project drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility Conduct inspections, resolve design conflicts, and collaborate with consultants Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and cost parameters Oversee day to day construction activities and ensure they align with project specifications Monitor and control the procurement and usage of construction materials Coordinate with engineers from other disciplines to ensure smooth execution and prevention of reworks Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution Track and report on the projects progress, addressing delays or issues promptly to the planning team Identify and resolve technical issues on site to maintain project momentum Specific Experience: Experience in commercial projects
