A PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WITH A BACKGROUND OF 28 YEARS AND RS 75 CRORE TURNOVER WITH A PRESENCE IN TELANGANA AND KARNATAKA IS LOOKING FOR A Project Engineer for their ongoing villa projects in Thumkunta-Hyderabad. The candidate should possess a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the construction of apartments and villas. Experience in villa projects is preferred.

Education: Diploma or Graduate

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the construction of residential buildings, apartments, and Villas.

Gender: Male only.

Age: Around 30 to 40 years.

The candidate should be well experienced in carrying out all day-to-day construction activities according to the drawings, norms and specifications. He should be able to depute all resources according to the need of the construction programs, immediate necessaries and optimization. He should be well experienced in supervising all construction activities (structural and finishing works).

Salary: Salary will match the experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
