Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising daily activities at the site, focusing mainly on civil works. Your role will involve assisting the Project Manager in the execution of civil activities, ensuring work at the site is carried out according to the drawings and specifications. In addition, you will be preparing MIS reports on a daily basis, coordinating with contractors to ensure the quality of execution with safety, and timely completion of the job as per the schedule. Monitoring the contractor's work and assisting the QA/QC in charge to ensure quality parameters are met will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily activities at the site, specifically focusing on civil works - Assist the Project Manager in executing civil activities - Ensure work at the site is as per the drawings and specifications - Prepare MIS reports on a daily basis - Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality execution with safety and timely completion - Monitor the contractor's work - Assist the QA/QC in charge to ensure quality parameters are met Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and the local language - Strong knowledge of MS Office Note: The job description also includes information about why you should consider joining Cushman & Wakefield.
