Job Description

Overseeing installation: Directs and supervises mechanical work groups to ensure all installations both process and utility equipmentsincluding pumps, turbines, piping, and other equipmentare performed according to approved designs.
Vendor and contractor management: Coordinates with external contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage material procurement, delivery, and work timelines
Safety enforcement: Directly enforces site safety rules and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all mechanical personnel.
Monitoring progress: Tracks daily work progress and equipment usage, ensuring that project milestones are met.
Reporting: Prepares daily, weekly, or other periodic site progress reports for management, along with inspection requests and estimates.
Documentation: Maintains accurate records of site activities, material submittals, design changes, and project closeout documentation.
