Project Document Controller I

Role Overview: You will ensure that project documentation is properly captured, cataloged, and controlled using project applied systems. Your responsibility will include preparing reports and fixing identified problems. Key Responsibilities: - Creating customer records and document numbers as required and preparing documents for transmittal to the client according to project-specific procedures - Controlling all technical documentation related to department and project activities within contractual requirements and Company procedures (including confidentiality) - Handling and registering all outgoing and incoming transmittals according to project document control procedure - Participating in meetings, as required - Checking document and transmittal quality according to the checklist for document control - Managing supplier documentation - Collecting information for reports Qualifications Required: - High school diploma (Professional / Technical diploma preferred) - Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role - Proficient in Professional English - Accuracy and attention to detail - Capable of following instructions and performing tasks as defined in relevant procedures Please note that TechnipFMC is committed to driving real change in the energy industry and values curiosity, expertise, and ideas as well as diversity, inclusion, and authenticity.
