Project Document Control Lead - BU HV

Role Overview: As a Documentation Management Specialist at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing documentation management guidelines, instructions, and templates for various product groups. Your responsibilities will involve setting up governance processes, driving harmonization globally, and ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations. You will also be responsible for establishing process flows, standards, and instructions using the In-Eight document control tool for the HV business segment. Key Responsibilities: - Define documentation management guidelines, instructions, and templates for product groups based on best practices and customer requirements - Set up governance processes and KPIs for document control to drive harmonization globally - Establish process flow, standards, and instructions using the In-Eight document control tool for HV business - Roll out Global Document Control process within HV and drive adoption of In-Eight tool - Define and monitor document control training, competence development, and certifications across HV business - Monitor adherence to global standards and drive continuous improvement as business process owner - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field - Strong background in developing document control guidelines and process standardization - Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders to drive and implement new processes - Hands-on experience with In-Eight or equivalent document control tool Company Additional Details: Hitachi Energy is a pioneering technology leader dedicated to increasing access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all.
