Job Title: Project cum Finance Expert

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Postgraduate in Commerce / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Infrastructure sector
• Worked on at least 2 projects related to financial analysis of Urban sector projects, land monetization, or real estate projects
• Experience in design and contract management of performance-based urban service delivery contracts and PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish systems and procedures for effective financial management of the project
• Assist PDMC in handling all financial and accounting matters related to the project
• Prepare bid documents for PPP mode service delivery contracts in coordination with subject experts
• Assist in selecting concessionaires as per bid documents for PPP projects
• Evaluate financial bids for compliance, cost competitiveness, and overall value for money
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess project viability, demand, and expected returns
• Oversee tendering and contract management processes to ensure transparency, compliance, and timely project execution
• Estimate and assess the market value of properties owned by the Ujjain Development Authority to support fair pricing, sale, and disposal decisions

Pay: ₹8,582.52 - ₹50,000.00 per month
