As a Project Coordinator in the water treatment industry, your role is crucial in supporting various projects related to water and wastewater treatment. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating day-to-day project activities for water and wastewater treatment projects. - Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and execution in collaboration with project managers and engineers. - Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation, project files, and ISO-compliant records. - Drafting, editing, and managing project proposals, tenders, and techno-commercial submissions with sales and engineering teams. - Communicating effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project progress. - Tracking project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, and escalating delays when necessary. - Supporting procurement activities by following up with vendors and suppliers. - Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Providing administrative and technical support for successful project delivery. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field (preferred). - 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the Water Treatment / EPC / Process Industry. - Experience in proposal preparation, documentation, and technical submissions is an advantage. - Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes and basic engineering concepts. - Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project documentation tools. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. In addition to the above, the company prefers a female candidate with strong documentation, reporting, and proposal drafting skills. You are expected to be self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with a client-oriented approach and problem-solving mindset. The compensation for this full-time position includes a competitive salary based on experience, along with career growth opportunities in the water treatment and EPC industry. You will also have exposure to large-scale industrial projects. Note: Food will be provided, and proficiency in English is preferred for this role.
