Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Project Follow-up:

• Monitor and follow up on day-to-day project activities to ensure work progresses as per plan.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, etc.) to track project status.
• Update project schedules, action points, and progress reports regularly.

Purchase Order (PO) Follow-up:

• Follow up on customer and supplier Purchase Orders to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with the purchase and accounts team for PO release, amendments, and confirmations.
• Track material delivery status against PO timelines.

New Project Coordination & Closure:

• Handle follow-up activities for new projects from kick-off to final closure.
• Ensure all technical, commercial, and delivery requirements are met as per the project scope.
• Support project handover and ensure proper documentation before project closure.

Customer Communication & Support:

• Act as a point of contact for customers regarding project-related queries.
• Provide timely responses to customers with project status, schedules, and technical details.
• Coordinate customer requirements internally and ensure clear communication of project details.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic mechanical and automotive process knowledge
• Good communication (verbal & written)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of project management and PO processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
