Machinery Operator

You are a skilled and experienced Machine Operator who will be joining our manufacturing team. Your expertise in operating various machines like lathe, milling machine, and other manufacturing equipment is crucial for this role. Your main responsibility will involve setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to ensure the production of high-quality components as per the specified requirements. Your duties will include preparing machines for operation by selecting the right tools, installing fixtures, and adjusting machine settings based on production needs. Operating machines such as lathe, milling machine, drill press, and others efficiently and accurately is a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for monitoring machine operations to maintain quality standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections, and making necessary adjustments to uphold product quality. Additionally, performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure their optimal working condition is essential. Identifying and reporting any machine malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team will be part of your responsibilities. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment, following safety guidelines during machine operation and material handling are crucial aspects of this role. This position is full-time, permanent, and open to fresher candidates. The preferred education qualification is Higher Secondary (12th Pass). The work location for this role is in person.,
