Project Coordinator (Print Design)

Summary: A dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in the print design industry, managing client communication, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. Proficient in managing vector artwork, print-ready files, and working closely with designers using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for two major clients, ensuring smooth communication and consistent service delivery.
2. Manage and respond to client emails professionally and promptly.
3. Translate client briefs into clear instructions for the design team and ensure expectations are met.

Project Coordination:
1. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of print and design projects, from briefing to delivery.
2. Allocate and priorities tasks between two designers based on project urgency and complexity.
3. Track progress and maintain project timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Design Team Support:
1. Coordinate with designers skilled in vector art and print file preparation.
2. Review files for accuracy and quality before client submission.
3. Assist in resolving technical or creative issues during project execution.

File & Software Handling:
1. Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with the ability to support basic troubleshooting and provide feedback on design files.
2. Ensure all final artwork is in the correct format and print-ready before delivery.
Communication:
1. Demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication skills in all professional interactions.
2. Maintain a regular cadence of updates and feedback loops with both clients and internal teams.
