Overview:
As a leading office furniture manufacturing company, we are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating projects related to office furniture manufacturing, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate project activities and timelines from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries or concerns.
· Prepare project documentation, including contracts, proposals, schedules, and progress reports, and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, logistics, and installation, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
· Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, identifying and addressing any deviations or discrepancies.
· Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
· Proactively identify risks and opportunities for process improvement, implementing corrective actions and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
· Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, promoting customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 to 5 Years experience required in same filed.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the manufacturing or construction industry, preferably within the office furniture sector.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain management principles.
· Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility to travel to project sites and client meetings, as required.
