As a Project Coordinator for Mobile Games at Games2win World, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of our game releases. Your responsibilities will include understanding the scope of each release, planning and coordinating resources, and actively monitoring project progress to ensure on-time delivery. Your attention to detail, ability to spot dependencies, and willingness to adopt best practices in project delivery will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand the scope of game releases and effectively triage and escalate issues as needed. - Collaborate with the Product Manager/Producer to plan resources and dependencies for each release, creating a comprehensive project plan. - Coordinate with various Heads of Departments and partner managers to keep all resources aligned. - Engage actively during the production phase, working across creative, art, development, and QC teams to ensure project milestones are met. - Use Google Spreadsheets proficiently to track project status accurately. - Ensure the delivery of 2 updates per week on 2 separate games. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Experience in launching or updating products, preferably games, with a track record of at least 8 releases in 12 months. - Passion for playing games. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Background in mobile app development, with knowledge of game development processes being an advantage. - Familiarity with Jira.
