Project Coordinator Intern

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator Intern to support our project management and digital initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn how projects are planned, executed, and delivered within a fast-paced IT and media environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring ongoing projects.
• Coordinate between different teams (design, development, marketing, operations) to ensure timely task completion.
• Track project progress and prepare basic status reports.
• Support in documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
• Assist leads in managing schedules, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts/tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or Excel).
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
