It is essential that you have a basic understanding of website development concepts, especially in WordPress, to effectively communicate with the technical team. Furthermore, you will support project managers with status tracking, reporting, and quality follow-ups. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A foundational knowledge of website development, WordPress, and coding concepts is required.
