Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the

  software development process

  , ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
• Manage

  ongoing customer support

  and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain

  effective client communication in Bengali, Hindi &English

  through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Assist in

  project analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation

  .
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate between development, testing, and support teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:

  Science Graduate (B.Sc., BCA, or equivalent).

• Experience:

  12 years in project coordination, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
