Project Coordinator (Freelancer-Full time)

Key Skills:

• Project Coordination: Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client coordination and team collaboration.

• DTP Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with desktop publishing tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and MS Publisher.

• Documentation & Reporting: Skilled in maintaining project documentation, status reports, and client updates.

• Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing layouts, content, and formatting.

• Quality Control: Ability to check and ensure consistency, brand alignment, and design quality across deliverables.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with designers, content writers, and technical staff to ensure project objectives are met.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience or training in project management, along with working knowledge of desktop publishing tools. A degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Project Management is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude towards resolving challenges. Experience in coordinating creative or publishing projects (e.g., brochures, magazines, reports) will be a significant advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, and flexibility in handling dynamic project requirements are essential for success in this role.
