Project Coordinator

About the role:

works at community level towards implementation of one or two projects

• Internal stakeholders

  Centum team from Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain Management, Legal and HR departments

• External stakeholders

  – Donor side official, community representatives, government stakeholders, vendor/service provider engaged for the project

after a 1/1.5 year and depending upon his/her performance

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

• Should be a

  PG from a reputed institution

• Understanding/knowledge of entire

  project management cycle

  – designing, implementation, monitoring, reporting and evaluating

• Good Communication

  (speaking and writing) skills in English & Hindi.
• Ability to

  learn and adopt

  quickly
• Should have

  working knowledge Microsoft Office

  especially excel, power-point

• 2 - 3 years

  of work experience in social sector

Other Attributes (Desirable)

• MBA/PG

  from a reputed institution such as

  XISS/IRMA/IIFM/TISS/Jamia Milia

  etc.
• Presentation skills and ability to communicate distinctly.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Coordinate

  project management activities, resources, equipment and information

  .
• Break projects into

  doable actions and set timeframes

  .

• Liaison with relevant stakeholders

  to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Help

  prepare budgets

  .
• Analyze

  risks and opportunities

• Oversee

  project procurement management

• Monitor

  project progress

  and handle any issues that arise in

  day to day operation

  .
• Act as the

  point of contact between ground team and management team

  and communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders.
• Any other work assigned by the reporting manager or Head of Centum Foundation as per requirement.
