We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Coordinator (Female) to join our team at ANI Integrated Services Ltd. The role involves coordinating various O&M (Operations & Maintenance) projects across India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor multiple projects PAN India
• Serve as a central point of communication between project teams, clients, and vendors
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare regular status reports
• Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project quality requirements
• Handle project-related travel coordination as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in related engineering services
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Willingness to travel as required
