This role will coordinate projects that serve international customers and cross-functional engineering teams in an IT/SDLC setup.

The Project Coordinator will drive day-to-day coordination across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality governance, stakeholder communication, and executive-ready reporting/dashboards. The role requires strong communication, client handling (international), basic data skills (SQL/Python), and hands-on experience working within an IT or SDLC organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Tracking

o Coordinate scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across assigned projects;

maintain RAID logs and update status baselines weekly.

o Track milestones and deliverables using project management tools; escalate

blockers proactively.

o Facilitate daily stand-ups/weekly reviews with internal teams; document MoMs and

Stakeholder & Client Communication

o Serve as the communication bridge among engineering, QA, product, and customer

success; ensure clarity on scope and expectations.

o Handle international customer interactions (email, calls, demos), ensuring

professional, timely responses and follow-through.

Process & Governance

o Adhere to organizational SOPs, checkpoints, and change control; ensure

documentation is current and auditable.

o Support resource planning, risk registers, and dependency mapping with the project lead.

Data & Tools

o Understanding of basic SQL and Python

o Work hands-on with PM tools (e.g., Jira/Asana), documentation (Confluence/Docs),

and collaboration platforms

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Coordination role within IT/SDLC environments.

CAPM trained or certified.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (international client exposure

mandatory).

Proven reporting and dashboarding capability; executive-ready presentation skills.

Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for reporting support.

Exposure to SDLC phases, ceremonies, and change control practices. Good to Have

Prior experience as a Project Lead

CAPM certification.

Deeper SDLC knowledge across requirements, development, QA, UAT, and release
