Job Description

The People & Culture Project Administrator, L&D provides administrative support to the learning managers on the National L&D Design and Development Team. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring project documentation is up to date, track large amounts of data over time, building presentations to support the project data, and primarily supporting the learning manager in other duties as needed.

Job Duties

  • Works under the guidance of the Learning Managers of the Design and Development team to provide project support.

  • Communicates with National Learning and Development Learning Managers to clarify project requirements and meet client expectations.

  • Maintains comprehensive project documentation, including learning materials, plans, and status reports.

  • Ensures all project documents are stored and organized properly for easy access and retrieval.

  • Assists in the preparation of presentations and communication materials related to learning initiatives.

  • Supports multiple projects at the same time while maintaining an attention to detail and quality standards.

  • Reviews and applies feedback to improve quality of project documentation.

  • Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in change management or project management, required

Experience:

  • Experience with graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, required

  • Experience with change management principles and protocols, required

  • Experience with project management principles, required

  • Experience in creating data visualizations, required

  • Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation, required

License/Certifications:

  • Change management certification, preferred

  • Data certification, preferred

Software:

  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Power BI and Adobe Suite, required

Language:

  • N/A

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting customer demands.

  • Ability and willingness to learn new applications with minimum supervision/instruction.

  • Capable of successfully working independently or within a team environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of copyright laws
