Project Coordination & Estimation Manager

You will be the Project Coordination & Estimation Manager responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and cost estimation for electrical execution projects in Noida. Your main tasks will include coordinating with stakeholders, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring the smooth execution of commercial and industrial electrical projects. Your responsibilities will include planning and overseeing project execution, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will also be required to prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents, source vendor quotations, and assist in bid preparation and pricing strategies. In terms of documentation and compliance, you will maintain proper project execution, billing, and procurement documentation, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and work with the procurement team to optimize cost efficiency and timely material procurement. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, along with 4-5 years of experience in project coordination and estimation for electrical projects. Proficiency in estimation tools, AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office is required, as well as excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. You should also be able to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
