Responsibilities and Duties
To plan, organize, and direct the activities of Civil and interior projects. Other job responsibilities to include:

• Be the SPOC for projects and handle the same from start till completion.
• Obtain quotations from various vendors, suppliers and contractors and prepare Techno Commercial comparative statements.
• Finalise contracts with vendor and suppliers and issue Purchase Orders.
• Prepare Project Schedule and track progress during the course of the Project.
• Coordinate with office and Site team and ensure all materials are ordered and orders are placed.
• Track Project expenditure.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Communicate with Clients on the project progress and prepare various reports like Weekly progress report, monthly report, cost analysis etc.
• Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• As a Project Coordinator/ Manager with min of 5 years of experience in Interior Fit-out Projects. Graduation from NICMAR is preferred. - To handle Corporate Interiors project, you need to:
• Fluency in English and be able to communicate effectively with Clients.
• Have good Project administration and Management skills.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Have in-depth knowledge of materials, specifications and Estimation.
• Use computer programs specific to the construction industry, such as scheduling and estimating software.
• Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email software.
• Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
