Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, a strong background in law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients. Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems using practical and insightful approaches. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice and support. Analyze contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and opportunities. Provide expert guidance on legal and commercial requirements to ensure compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. ### Job Requirements Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in consulting or advisory services. Strong understanding of legal concepts and principles, including contract analysis and negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with international clients and managing cultural differences is an asset. A graduate degree is required, with a preference for a master's degree; a legal background is essential.
