Description
You will be working as a Project Consultant in the National Forensics team at EY, located in Gurgaon. As a part of the team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality delivery of client engagements as per the engagement letter. You will also be required to comply with the risk management strategies and plans of the firm. It will be essential for you to have a deep understanding of business and industry issues/trends. You will need to identify areas for improvement in client business processes to facilitate the preparation of recommendations. Your problem-solving approach should be application and solution-based, which can also be utilized for research purposes. Your role will involve reviewing working papers and client folders, suggesting ideas for enhancing engagement productivity, and identifying opportunities to improve client service. You will also be responsible for managing engagement budgets and assisting superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals, and new solution/methodology development. In terms of technical skills, you should have expertise in Transaction Monitoring, Alert reviews, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Suspicious Activity Report (SAR), Currency Transaction Report (CTR), AML investigations, Suspicious Transaction Report (STR), CAMS certification, and Actimize. To excel in this role, you should possess good presentation and communication skills, be proactive at work, have a friendly demeanor, and be a team player. The ideal candidate for this position will be a Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum of 3.5 years of relevant experience.
