Project Civil Engineer

Annai Golden Builders Pvt Ltd., one of the leading builders in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu State seeking applications from skilled Civil Project Engineer to manage and oversee civil engineering projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibility Areas:

> Preparing Project Reports

> Preparing Cost Estimates

> Preparing engineering designs, drawings and documents

> Project planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

> Managing budgets and resources to ensure the project stays within the limits.

> Conducting regular site inspections to monitor quality and resolve technical issues.

> Preparing progress reports.

> Ensuring projects adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

> Coordinating with teams of architects, contractors and vendors to maintain smooth communication and ensure project goals are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
