Role: Project Architect & Planner

Brief Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop

  Concept Designs for Architectural Projects, including

  master planning

  and

  working drawings.

• Develop

  presentation drawings

  to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Conduct

  site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide solutions.

• Ensure

  compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Develop and implement

  urban design strategies for mixed-use group housing projects.

• Create

  detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for urban design projects.

• Collaborate with

  architects, landscape architects, engineers, and city planners to ensure cohesive and sustainable designs.

• Conduct

  research and analysis on demographics, transportation, land use, and zoning regulations.

• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

• Supervise the construction and installation of designs to ensure they match the original plan.

• Stay updated with

  current design trends, technologies, and regulations.

• Review design and

  lead workshops/meetings with Master planning consultants during the project design stage.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors in

  Architecture and Masters in Urban Design or Architecture.

• LEED, IGBC accreditation would be an advantage.

• Proficiency in design software such as

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong

  visual communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of

  zoning regulations and land use policies.

• Team player and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
