Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mengio for a Progress 4GL Developer. The Progress 4GL Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Progress 4GL applications. Day-to-day tasks include coding, debugging, and performance tuning. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and resolve technical issues. Additionally, the developer will ensure that all development practices align with the company's standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Progress 4GL programming and software development
• Experience with database design and optimization
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
