Programme Officer - Human and Social Development

As a Programme Officer for Human and Social Development under the Unit ENEST.C.DEL.Turkiye.005: Operations (3) in Trkiye, Ankara, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective programming and implementation of financial assistance in the areas of human and social development such as employment, social protection, education, and health. Your responsibilities will include: - Working under the supervision of the Head of Cooperation and/or Head of Section to carry out policy analysis and monitoring of legislative alignments in the specified areas. - Ensuring efficient implementation of financial assistance to support the development initiatives in the human and social development sector. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Hold full citizenship rights of a Member State of the EU. - Fulfill any obligations related to military service as per national laws. - Meet the character requirements necessary for the duties associated with the position. Please note that this position is financed under the Facility for Refugees in Trkiye (FRIT) and is limited in time with an expected end date of 31 December 2026.
