Position: Programme cum Documentation Officer

Location: New Delhi, Delhi

Job description:

o Coordination: Engage with survivors, raise awareness, build relationships, support advocacy, and document challenges with the legal team

o Programme Management: Track project progress, collaborate with team, and represent organization at meetings and events

o Research: Conduct legal as well as non-legal research

o Documentation and Record-Keeping: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of project activities, costs, and results for reporting

o Teaching: Impart basic English and Computer education to survivors

Qualifications:

o Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably, in social work, development studies, public health, law, or a related field.

o Project management and implementation skills.

o Strong writing and proposal development skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Familiarity with the non-profit sector and fundraising strategies

o Understanding of the challenges faced by survivors of acid attack and gender-based violence and a strong commitment to human rights and social justice
